- Master of Quantitative Finance - University of Westminster, UK.

- Bachelor of Foreign Economics - Foreign Trade University.

- Fund Management Certificate from the State Securities Commission.

* Work experience: From October 4, 2022, Ms. Linh was assigned to be in charge of the Board of Directors of SCIC Investment Company Limited. Previously, Ms. Linh had over 10 years of experience in the fields of Investment, Finance, and Investment Analysis; Experienced working at IPA Investment, Project Management at Openasia Group Ltd. Since 2013, she has held the position of Head of Financial Investment Department. In August 2017, Ms. Linh was appointed Deputy Director of SCIC Investment Company Limited.

2. Chief Accountant: Ms. Hoang My Hoa

* Qualification, academic title, degree: Master of Business Administration.

- Master of Business Administration (E-MBA) - National Economics University.

- Bachelor of Accounting, Auditing - National Economics University.

- Practicing Accountant Certificate (Ministry of Finance).

- Chief Accountant Certificate (National Economics University).

* Work experience: Ms. Hoa has over 10 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Finance, over 5 years of management in the field of Accounting.  In March 2018, Ms. Hoa was appointed Chief Accountant of SCIC Investment Company Limited. Before that, she worked as an Accountant at Traphaco Joint Stock Company. From July 2007 to January 2013 worked at the Finance and Accounting Department, Head of Accounting Team, State Capital Investment and Trading Corporation. Since 2013, he has held the position of Head of Finance and Accounting Department, SCIC Investment Company Limited.
