Financial investment activities include three main areas: fixed interest instrument investment, portfolio investment and strategic stock investment.
Bond investment activities: including investment in corporate bonds. SIC will base on specific analysis and assessment of macroeconomic information, State policies, industry policies, growth potential, profitability and safety level of the issuing organization to make effective investment decisions.
Portfolio investment: SIC will select stocks according to the criteria set out in the annual plan as well as flexibly select stocks according to market situations for investment. SIC proactively holds, restructures the portfolio, divests, and takes profits, based on market analysis and technical analysis to create maximum efficiency for investments.
Strategic stock investment: SIC seeks and receives investment opportunities in a number of selected industries to participate in strategic investment, long-term holding, bringing added value to the enterprise. SIC will prioritize investment in essential economic sectors such as Energy, Transport Infrastructure, Healthcare, Real Estate, Oil and Gas, Banking, Insurance, etc.
