1. Chairman of the Board of Members: Mr. Dinh Viet Tung

(Deputy General Director of State Capital Investment Corporation)

*  Qualification, title, degree: Master of Finance and Banking.

- Political level: Senior.

- Master of Banking Finance - Academy of Finance.

- Bachelor of Accounting - Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting.

- Bachelor of Law - Hanoi Law University.

*  Work experience: On October 4, 2022, Mr. Tung concurrently held the position of Chairman of the Board of Members of SCIC Investment Company Limited. Previously, Mr. Tung worked at the General Department of State Capital and Asset Management at Enterprises, Department of Corporate Finance - Ministry of Finance. Mr. Tung started working at the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) as Deputy Head of SCIC Investment Department in 2006 and was appointed as Head of Investment Department 2 from February 2012. On October 17, 2019, Mr. Tung was appointed by the Board of Members of the Corporation as Deputy General Director of SCIC.

2. Vice Chairman of the Board of Members: Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tri

*  Qualification, title, degree:Doctor of Economics.

- Political level: Senior.

- PhD in Finance, Money Circulation and Credit, National Economics University (2006).

- Master of Finance, Money Circulation and Credit, National Economics University (2002).

- Bachelor of Accounting and Economic Analysis, Leningrad University of Economics and Finance (Soviet Union).

- Advanced Diploma in Political Theory and Administration, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration (2010).

-  Certificate of practice of Fund Management (State Securities Commission - 2009).

* Working experience: Mr. Tri has over 28 years of experience in the fields of Law, Financial Management, Personnel Organization and Investment, and Controller at SCIC (since September 2008).  In July 2019, Mr. Tri was appointed by SCIC as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of SCIC Investment Company Limited. Previously, from March 2011 to July 2017, Mr. Tri was appointed by the Ministry of Finance as Controller of the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC). Mr. Tri was an Expert of the People's Procuracy of Ha Bac province, the Department of State Capital Management and Assets at Ha Bac Enterprises, the Department of Finance of Bac Giang province, Senior Expert, Deputy Head of the Department of Personnel Organization of the Ministry of Finance, Assistant to the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Seabank Securities Company, SCIC Investment Board, Head of the SCIC Executive Office, member of the Board of Directors of FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company.
