CONFERENCE SUMMARY OF WORK IN 2023 AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PLAN IN 2024

On December 20, 2023, SCIC Investment Company Limited (SCICInvest) held a conference to summarize the year 2023 and implement the plan for 2024.

After the opening speech of the Conference by comrade Dinh Viet Tung - Chairman of the Company, comrade Nguyen Thuy Linh - Deputy Director in charge of the Company presented the report on business activities in 2023 and the Company's directions and tasks. company in 2024. According to the report, the Company achieved revenue exceeded 16% of the 2023 plan, total realized profit in 2023 is estimated to reach over 80 billion and total profit realized after tax exceeded 54% compared to plan. . The company focuses on building strategies and perfecting institutions. Regarding financial investment, business results achieved better results than in 2022 due to accelerated investment & divestment activities. Regarding project investment activities, SCICInvest has approached and researched opportunities mainly related to the country's key economic sectors such as electricity, water, logistics and industrial parks. Besides, the activities of the organizations (Party, Trade Union and Youth Union) during the year achieved practical results. The company has also maintained stability in all aspects amid the difficulties of the global economy in the past year. In addition to achievements, the report also clearly points out limitations, limitations and operational directions so that the Company can complete its tasks in 2024.  

The conference heard reports and discussions from key leaders in the Company's apparatus, highlighting the results achieved and difficulties and obstacles in the Company's operations and proposed solutions. Measures to effectively implement the 2024 plan.

The conference heard reports on the results of implementing democratic foundations and collective labor agreements. , the situation of employees in departments under the Company and synthesize comments and suggestions to propose amendments to the rules and regulations on labor - wages, emulation - rewards, training and other contents.
