ANNOUNCING CEREMONY OF THE DECISION APPOINTMENT TO THE POSITION OF CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF MEMBERS AND ASSOCIATION IN CHARGE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SCIC INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED (SIC)

On October 4, 2022, the State Capital Investment and Trading Corporation (SCIC) issued Decision No. 309/QD-DTKDV on the appointment of Mr. Dinh Viet Tung - Deputy General Director of SCIC, concurrently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Members, is the legal representative of SCIC Investment Company Limited; Decision No. 311/QD-DTKDV on assigning Ms. Nguyen Thuy Linh, Deputy Director of SCIC Investment Company Limited, to be in charge of the Company's Board of Directors.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Chi Thanh - Member of the Party Executive Committee of the Central Business Sector, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SCIC; Comrade Le Song Lai - Former Chairman of the Board of Directors of SIC and the leaders of SCIC's Boards and all SIC leaders.
