INVESTMENT COOPERATION BETWEEN SIC AND MAGI

On the afternoon of November 24, 2016, at the headquarters of SCIC Investment One Member Company Limited, a signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding on investment cooperation between SCIC Investment One Member Company Limited (SIC) and the Company took place. Mirae Asset Wealth Management Vietnam Securities Company Limited (MAS), Mirae Asset Global Investment Company (MAGI).

This Memorandum was signed with the purpose that the parties will exchange and support each other on investment opportunities and develop diverse financial products useful to domestic and foreign customers.

specific, the content of cooperation includes: Cooperation in finding suitable opportunities, investment cooperation according to the provisions of law to promote investment activities in the Vietnamese market; and exchange information about investment opportunities, including but not limited to buying and selling listed and unlisted stocks, M&A and other types of investment in accordance with the law.

Currently, SCIC Investment Company Limited (SIC) and Mirae Asset Global Investment Company (MAGI) continue to promote investment cooperation and share investment opportunities in the Vietnamese market.
