On the afternoon of November 29, at Thai Son Football Stadium, Hoang Minh Giam, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi, SCIC Investment Company Limited (SIC) participated in the 'SCIC Sports Festival 2019' organized by the General Investment and state capital business (SCIC) organization .
